RC GIRDER BRIDGE IN SOLAPUR
The Vehicular under pass located at Solapur, Maharashtra is an RCC Girder and Deck Slab.
It is observed that the quality of concrete in girders and Slab is poor and thus it required strengthening.
The girders are strengthened using a combination of Pre-stressed and non-Prestressed laminates system. Further, the deck slab was strengthened using CFRP Fiber band.
The Bridge after strengthening is now open for vehicular movement.
INDUSTRIAL BUILDING, NAVI MUMBAI
The 25 year old Industrial Building located at Navi Mumbai, the building was observed to have deteriorated over the years due usage. It was determined to strengthen the structural members using different types of strengthening procedures.
The columns and beam were strengthened using a combination of Micro-Concrete Jacketing and CFRP Fiber sheets. Shotcreting was recommended for Slab strengthening.
GCC also performed various General Repair and Civil work making it sturdy for usage.
UNDER CONSTRUCTION RESIDENTIAL BUILDING, PUNE
The under construction Residential building located in Pune, on testing lacked the required Grade of concrete.
Strengthening scheme using CFRP Fiber wrapping was proposed to attain the requirement. The building after Strengthening has attained its 100% usage capacity.
WATER TANK CONSTRUCTION AND RCC ROAD
GCC was contracted for the construction of a 5 Lakh Liter Water tank and RCC Road at Khopoli Maharashtra.
Successfully completed the construction work within the stipulated time frame and budget while maintaining the quality of work. The work was completed taken into account all the safety and health standards required.
COMMERCIAL BUILDING, PUNE
Under-Construction building located in the commercial belt of Pune was proposed for structural strengthening to enhance the load carrying capacity due to change in loading using RC Jacketing.
GCC was contracted for skilled execution of the project, the scheme of retrofitting including grouting has been done to meet the design requirements.
